Every certified professional, and vendor must take and pass the Qualifying Examination before they can apply to any level or designation for certification. The Qualifying Examination is step one of a two-part certification process. DRI International administers the only professional Exam in Business Continuity Planning.
The Qualifying Examination consists of a multiple-choice format test covering the subject areas of the Professional Practices for Business Continuity Management. It takes 2-1/2 hours to complete the exam and requires a passing grade. Successful completion of the examination qualifies an individual to subsequently apply for any level of DRI certification. The fee for the Qualifying Examination is included in the price of the BCLE 2000 DRI International training course.
